This page explains what we keep when you use the site or write to us, why we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
When you send a message or ask about a commission, we keep what you have typed: your name, your email address and the details of your request.
The site also records ordinary technical information, such as the type of browser used and the pages opened, so we can tell what is slow or broken.
We keep chat records while you're in contact with us and for a short time after. Records about your jam orders are kept longer so we can track batches, ingredients and delivery details if needed.
We never sell your details. Information is shared only with the delivery services and payment processors we need to run the kitchen, and only what they require.
Only our team members handling orders and shipping see your information, and all data sent through this site travels over a secure encrypted connection.
You can ask to see what information we hold about you, correct it, or request it be deleted. Send us a message and we'll confirm once it's done.
This site uses a small number of cookies for basic functions. Details and how to disable them are in our separate cookie notice.
If anything changes here, we'll update this page and mark the date at the top.
Have a question? Use our contact page and we'll give you a straight answer.
